A course where you can enjoy the flavors of Ibaraki including monkfish and shamo chicken.The monkfish dishes served at Sansui Main Branch use "hon-monkfish" from Aomori Prefecture, which is ideal for cooking.We select large fish and deliver the original flavor of monkfish, which has a fatty, gelatinous liver.
